The result is a shorter menu, faster staff onboarding, and no more 'what does this do?' questions from new hires.
How Growthzi does it
Every Growthzi CRM ships with all modules installed but only the ones matched to your industry bundle enabled. The Modules panel in Settings lists every available module with a toggle per role and per user. Turning a module off hides it from the sidebar and the permission tree, but keeps its data safe in case you turn it back on later. Turning one on provisions the required tables and permission rows automatically.
Step by step
- Open the CRM and go to Settings, then Modules
- Review the enabled modules and note which ones your team never uses
- Toggle those off, the sidebar updates immediately for everyone
- Scroll to Available modules and turn on any your industry needs
- Assign roles to each newly enabled module so only the right people see it
- Confirm the change with a staff member on a fresh browser session
