While Growthzi aims to deliver reliable and effective tools, the content, design, and use of generated output remain solely the responsibility of the user.

  • (c) Generated Output: Any content, website, or material generated using the Services may include proprietary templates, code, or designs belonging to Growthzi. You are permitted to use such outputs, but Growthzi retains all rights to its underlying technology and intellectual property.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Upload, generate, or distribute content that infringes upon intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Distribute spam, malware, harmful code, or unauthorized communications.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
  • Create or distribute harmful, unlawful, or misleading content using Growthzi's tools.

6. User-Generated Content & Liability

  • (a) Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or publish using the Services. Growthzi does not claim ownership over user-generated content.
  • (b) Use by Growthzi: By using the Services, you grant Growthzi a limited right to process, analyze, and store user-generated content for the purposes of improving Services, compliance, and support.
  • (c) Disclaimer: Growthzi makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of generated content or websites. All use of the Services is at your own risk.

7. Privacy

8. Termination

Growthzi may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services without prior notice if you:

Upon termination, your right to use the Services and any generated outputs will immediately cease.

Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
