A regenerate workflow that asks the AI for a fresh draft of any section, keeps your manual edits as the fallback, and lets you cherry-pick the lines you like from either version. You end up with a page you can iterate on freely, knowing you will never lose a headline you rewrote three times just because you clicked Regenerate.
How Growthzi does it
Every editable field on a Growthzi section is stored in a versioned content pool. When you click Regenerate, the AI writes new copy into a fresh pool version but keeps the previous one alongside. The section renders the newest version by default, and the History panel lets you diff the two versions and copy individual fields back and forth without regenerating from scratch.
Step by step
- Open the section you want a fresh draft of and click Regenerate
- Wait for the AI to write new copy, roughly 10 seconds per section
- Compare the new version against your last edit using the History icon
- Copy any lines you preferred from the older version back into the new one
- Optionally regenerate again with a hint like 'more casual' or 'shorter'
- Click Publish once the section reads how you want it
