A single Growthzi store dashboard tracking stock across every one of your physical outlets. You end up with per-outlet stock counts, transfer records when items move between locations, low-stock alerts per outlet, and the ability to fulfill online orders from whichever branch is closest. Staff at each outlet see only their own stock, while head office sees the consolidated view.
How Growthzi does it
The Growthzi store inventory module supports multiple locations natively. Each product carries a stock number per outlet, and the checkout can be configured to allocate orders based on customer pincode or nearest outlet. Stock transfers are recorded with an audit trail, and low-stock thresholds are set per outlet so a busy branch alerts sooner than a slow one. Staff roles limit each user's visibility to their assigned location.
Step by step
- Open Settings then Locations and add each outlet
- Import per-outlet opening stock via the multi-location CSV
- Set low-stock thresholds per product per outlet
- Assign staff logins to their home outlet with the right role
- Configure order routing rules based on pincode or nearest outlet
- Record a stock transfer between two outlets as a test
- Confirm the low-stock alert fires when you drop below threshold
