A live Zap that fires the moment something happens in your Growthzi CRM. You end up able to send new leads into a Google Sheet, new orders into a Slack channel, or new bookings into Notion, without writing a line of code. Once the Zap is live your team stops copying data between tools by hand.
How Growthzi does it
The Growthzi app on Zapier connects with an API key from your tenant settings and exposes every CRM trigger natively. Zapier polls the connection every minute (or receives webhooks on paid Zap plans), so new records flow into your Zap without any Growthzi-side configuration beyond issuing the API key.
Step by step
- Open the CRM, go to Settings, API keys, and create a Zapier-scoped key
- In Zapier, search for the Growthzi app and connect it with the key
- Pick a trigger like New lead or New order
- Add the action (Google Sheets row, Slack message, Notion page)
- Test the Zap with a real record and confirm the action fires
- Turn the Zap on and monitor for a day to catch any edge cases
