## What you'll build

A CRM sidebar that puts the pages your team uses daily at the top and hides the ones no one touches. You end up with a shorter, faster menu, per-role visibility (managers see reports, staff see today's queue), and a saved layout that survives module upgrades. New hires onboard faster because the sidebar reads like your team's actual workflow, not the platform's feature list.

## How Growthzi does it

The Sidebar editor lives in Settings and lets you drag menu items into the order you want, group them into collapsible sections, and set visibility per role. Menu changes save to the tenant so every seat picks up the new layout on next login. Individual users can pin favorites on top of the tenant default without affecting anyone else.

## Step by step

1. Open the CRM and go to Settings, then Sidebar
2. Drag the items your team uses daily to the top
3. Group related items into collapsible sections with a heading
4. Hide items no role in your team needs, they stay accessible via URL
5. Save the layout, then log in as a staff account to confirm
6. Ask two team members to pin their own favorites for polish
