## What you'll build

Every enquiry from your website, ads, and chat landing in one CRM with automatic routing to the right salesperson. You end up with lead source tracking, a shared inbox for the sales team, follow-up reminders, and a pipeline view that shows where each lead is. Duplicate leads are merged, and stale ones are auto-flagged so nothing slips through the cracks.
